Art History Note Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in Art History Note (the "App").
- We do not ask you to create an account and do not collect your name, email, or phone number.
- Your visit notebook (saved artworks, visit dates and check marks) and your settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to us.
- The App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data as described below.
1. Information stored on your device
The App's art content (movements, artists, artworks, museums and artwork images) is built into the App. Browsing and searching it does not send anything to us.
The following information is created by you and stored only on your device. It is not stored on our servers, and we do not have access to it.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or files. Deleting the App deletes all of the information above from your device.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays banner ads and a native ad on the exit screen, provided by Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect and use the following information to serve and measure ads:
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device information (model, OS version, language)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device's Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
3. Data retention and sharing
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies. We do not sell or share personal data with any third party other than Google as described above.
4. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

미술사 노트(이하 "앱")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 앱에서 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 다음과 같이 안내합니다.
- 회원가입이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등을 수집하지 않습니다.
- 관람노트(담은 작품, 방문 날짜, 체크 기록)와 설정은 기기 안에만 저장되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
- 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시하며, AdMob은 아래와 같이 기기 식별자 등을 수집할 수 있습니다.
1. 기기 안에 저장되는 정보
앱의 미술 콘텐츠(사조, 작가, 작품, 미술관, 작품 이미지)는 앱 안에 들어 있습니다. 이를 둘러보거나 검색해도 개발자에게 아무것도 전송되지 않습니다.
다음 정보는 이용자가 직접 만들며 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 서버에 저장되지 않고 개발자도 접근할 수 없습니다.

앱은 카메라, 마이크, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 파일 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 위 정보는 기기에서 모두 삭제됩니다.
2. 광고 (Google AdMob)
앱은 Google AdMob이 제공하는 배너 광고와 종료 화면의 네이티브 광고를 표시합니다. Google 및 그 파트너는 광고 제공과 성과 측정을 위해 다음 정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 ID (Android 광고 ID)
- IP 주소 및 이를 통한 대략적인 위치
- 기기 정보 (모델, OS 버전, 언어)
- 광고 노출·클릭 정보

기기의 설정 > Google > 광고(또는 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고)에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다.
3. 개인정보의 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

보유 기간은 Google의 정책에 따릅니다. 이용자는 위 2번의 방법으로 맞춤 광고를 해제하여 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 맞춤형이 아닌 광고는 표시될 수 있습니다.
4. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기
개발자는 자체 서버에 개인정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 관람노트와 설정은 기기 안에만 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 개인정보를 직접 보관하지 않으므로, Google이 수집한 정보에 대해서는 Google의 안내에 따라 요청할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 개인정보처리방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.
