PhoneCheck Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in this application (the "App").
- We do not ask you to create an account and do not collect your name, email, or phone number.
- Results of device checks (sensors, touch, sound, battery, camera, network) are processed only on your device and are not sent to us.
- The App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data as described below.
1. Information processed on your device
To check your phone's features, the App reads data from the device's hardware and system. This data is used only to display results on your screen. It is not stored on our servers, and we do not have access to it.

You can deny or revoke any permission at any time in your device settings. Only the related check will stop working.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays banner ads provided by Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect and use the following information to serve and measure ads:
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device information (model, OS version, language)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device's Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
3. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are personalized. You can change your choice at any time from Settings > Privacy options in the App.
The legal basis for ad-related processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
4. Data retention and sharing
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies. We do not sell or share personal data with any third party other than Google as described above.
5. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

본 애플리케이션(이하 "앱")은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 앱에서 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 다음과 같이 안내합니다.
- 회원가입이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등을 수집하지 않습니다.
- 기능 점검 결과(센서, 터치, 소리, 배터리, 카메라, 네트워크)는 기기 안에서만 처리되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
- 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시하며, AdMob은 아래와 같이 기기 식별자 등을 수집할 수 있습니다.
1. 기기 내에서 처리되는 정보
앱은 휴대폰 기능을 점검하기 위해 기기의 하드웨어 및 시스템 정보를 읽습니다. 이 정보는 화면에 결과를 보여 주는 용도로만 사용되며, 서버에 저장되지 않고 개발자도 접근할 수 없습니다.

모든 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든지 거부하거나 철회할 수 있으며, 이 경우 해당 점검 기능만 사용할 수 없습니다.
2. 광고 (Google AdMob)
앱은 Google AdMob이 제공하는 배너 광고를 표시합니다. Google 및 그 파트너는 광고 제공과 성과 측정을 위해 다음 정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 ID (Android 광고 ID)
- IP 주소 및 이를 통한 대략적인 위치
- 기기 정보 (모델, OS 버전, 언어)
- 광고 노출·클릭 정보

기기의 설정 > Google > 광고(또는 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고)에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다.
3. 개인정보의 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

보유 기간은 Google의 정책에 따릅니다. 이용자는 위 2번의 방법으로 맞춤 광고를 해제하여 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 맞춤형이 아닌 광고는 표시될 수 있습니다.
4. 유럽(EEA·영국·스위스) 이용자
EEA, 영국 또는 스위스에 있는 이용자에게는 맞춤 광고 전에 Google User Messaging Platform을 통해 동의를 요청합니다. 동의 여부는 앱의 설정 > 개인정보 보호 옵션에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.
5. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기
개발자는 자체 서버에 개인정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 앱 내에서 처리되는 정보는 앱을 종료하거나 삭제하면 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 개인정보를 직접 보관하지 않으므로, Google이 수집한 정보에 대해서는 Google의 안내에 따라 요청할 수 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 개인정보처리방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.
